Conditions of Agreement * Breeder guarantees that the above puppy is a purebred Beagle with AKC registered parents. * Breeder guarantees this puppy/dog to be in good health at the time of placement. * Breeder guarantees that the puppy/dog has had up to date immunizations. * Breeder " cannot," guarantee size, weight, or color at full maturity of the above puppy/dog. * Breeder under no circumstance will be held responsible for the puppy/dog or the puppy/dog behavior, temperament or appearance after the time of placement with the new owner. |

Buyer agrees to assume full responsibility for temperament, behavior, medical maintenance, periodic check ups and recommended immunizations for the puppy/dog as described above after time of placement. Buyer (at buyers option) will have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within seven days of placement to insure current and agreed upon health status from breeder. Buyer agrees to be responsible for Veterinarian fees of the entire visit. Should the buyer's veterinarian find the puppy has a congenital defect, the breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal value or give a full refund upon confirmation of the defect by the breeder's veterinarian. Buyer agrees that anytime during the life of above puppy/dog if for any reason the buyer cannot keep the puppy/dog. The buyer will contact the breeder so the breeder can help to place the puppy/dog in a pet home. Under no circumstance is the puppy/dog to be placed in an animal shelter or rescue group. Buyer understands that if the breeder takes the puppy/dog back because the buyer cannot keep the puppy/dog and the buyer cannot place the puppy/dog, the breeder will not reimburse any of the amount paid for the puppy/dog. Buyer agrees to spay/neuter puppy/dog by the age of six months for a reduced placement amount of $_________, reducing the total placement amount due to $_________. Buyer understands and agrees that the $__________ deposit is non- refundable unless a prior agreement with the breeder is in writing. |
The following conditions and guarantees are found in my puppy purchase contract. I require each prospective buyer to read, initial, and sign my contract upon the purchase of a puppy. I do question all prospective buyers and reserve the right to reject a prospective buyer if I determine that the living situation is not in the best interest of the puppy. |
